Reading Camp
We are planning a fun day of reading activities for our third graders for 3rd Grade Reading Camp. Our “camp” day will be held in the Lincoln courtyard on Monday, June 7th. Although we are not able to have parents help us with activities this year, we are in need of 2 large tents and one canopy, per class. The tents and canopy could be put up Sunday evening or Monday morning and taken down Monday after school. If you are able to help us with a tent or canopy, please click the sign up link. Thank you SO much!
Character Strength: Curiosity
This week our Positivity Project (P2) activities will be focused on reviewing curiosity. You like exploration and discovery. You ask lots of questions because you want to learn more about anything and everything.
We will wrap up NWEA and begin M-Step Testing this week.
Please remember to have Chromebooks charged and packed for school every day this week. We need all Chromebooks here and charged for the testing. Please keep in mind most grade levels are testing this week too. The Media Center doesn't have enough computers and chargers to support materials left at home. Thank you for your understanding!
*Please make every effort to avoid appointments or absences on our testing days.*
Multiplication
Our Ice Cream Multiplication Challenge continues! Please check in with your child each week to see how they are doing. IXL, flashcards, or EveryDay Math online games are great ways to practice. :)
