Virtual Back to School Night

This year will look a little different for Back to School Night. Mr. Hubble will be sending out an email connected to his blog on where you will find our Back to School Night video. We will make sure to post the video to next week’s blog for you to view in case you may have missed his email this Monday. 


Math-Unit One Parent Video

We will be starting our math unit on Monday. Our grade level created this video to give you an idea of what your child will be learning. Check it out to see what strategies you could work on with your child at home.

Front Cover of Homework Folder

The sheet that we placed into your child’s folder has information for the kids on what they need to bring back and forth to school. On the list are computers. Your child only needs to bring a computer if it is a St.Joseph Public Schools computer that your child borrowed from us. Please let me know if you have any questions. We also have still not received our Math Journals. 


Picture Day Thursday!

School pictures will be taken this Thursday, Sept. 24th.  We will begin pictures at 9:05 and will most likely be done by 11:15 so try to make sure your child is present on this morning.  All students will get their picture taken regardless of whether they purchase a picture packet or not.  Paper order forms will be sent home with your child on Monday if they were not at school on Thursday.  You may also order on-line with a credit card only through the following link:

You will still be able to order pictures on-line even after picture day is over.  Picture re-take day will be Friday, Oct. 23rd beginning at 9:25.

  • Water bottle to school everyday

  • Beach towel to sit on when going outside

Please consider donating non-perishable items for our Stuff A Truck collection. Each donation brought in will go to families who need it! Items include canned goods, cereal, toothpaste, pasta, and much more!  Thank you! My wonderful class surprised me with a "Half Birthday Party" on Friday with cards and cupcakes! They thought since my birthday is in the summer, and my actual half-birthday is in the winter, they wanted to celebrate now in case we have to go remote.
