  3rd Grade News Week 20 February 1st - February 5th Monday, Feb. 1st - Music, Homework Sheet due today!  Tuesday, Feb. 2nd - Media Center Wednesday, Feb. 3rd -  LATE START, SEL Thursday, Feb. 4th - Gym Friday, Feb. 5th - Art Important Dates Late Starts: Feb. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th NO SCHOOL - February 12th and 15th Water Bottles Many students seem to be forgetting to bring their own water bottles to school. Remember that we can only use the drinking fountains to fill up our water bottles, not to take a drink from. When students forget a water bottle, we give them a cup, but it seems like we are going through cups like crazy! Please check in with your child to make sure they are bringing their water bottles each day. Friday, Jan. 29th - Art, ½ day of School (12:34pm) Important Dates Late Starts: Feb. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th NO SCHOOL - February 12th and 15th Reminder:  NO LATE START THIS WEDNESDAY! Pizza Multiplication We are beginning the last week of Multiplication Pizza! Students are realizing that extra practice is helping them be successful.  I am proud of how hard they have been working!  We will have our pizza celebration this Thursday before our ½ day dismissal.  Students passing through 4’s earn 1 slice, those passing through 7’s earn 2 slices, and those who have passed through the 10’s earn slices and dessert.  Please check in with your child on how they are doing and provide extra time for practice as much as possible.  Thank you!   Valentine&

The word for that week through the Positivity Project is "Love." Instead of traditional valentine’s, candies, and parties, we will focus on some of the activities through the Positivity Project that week.  Parents do not need to send in valentine’s or candy.  Thank you!
